Rbajre Terms & Conditions – Your Rights and Responsibilities

To create an account on rbajre, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. If the details submitted during registration are found to be false or incomplete, the account may be terminated.

Required Registration Details:

• Full name (as per national ID or passport)
• Date of birth (as proof of age 18+)
• Active Mobile Number
• Valid email address
• Valid Bangladesh address

KYC Verification:

For large withdrawals or in specific circumstances, rbajre may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may require submitting a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported to support@rbajre.app immediately.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on rbajre. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 BDT.
• Maximum single deposit amount: ৳50,000.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact support.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit: ৳1,00,000 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–48 hours.
• Before withdrawing, the deposited amount must be wagered at least once (wagering requirement).
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — no alternative methods are permitted.

Rbajre does not charge any transaction fees. However, fees from the payment service provider may apply. If money laundering is suspected, rbajre reserves the right to freeze any transaction and report it to the relevant authorities.

The following rules must be followed when participating in betting and gaming activities on rbajre.

General Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except through the live cash-out option.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10 BDT, and the maximum varies depending on the event.
• If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Rbajre reserves the right to void any bet recorded at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

Live Betting:

• Live Betting odds may change at any moment.
• If the odds change between the time a bet is placed and when it is accepted by the system, the updated odds will apply.
• If a bet fails to go through on time due to network issues, the user bears responsibility.

Casino & Games:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a technical disruption occurs mid-game session, the game will resume from the last saved state.

Rbajre offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus:

• New users receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• To withdraw a welcome bonus, you must wager 10x the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of claiming the bonus.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonus balance and real money are tracked separately.
• Bonuses may not be used to bet on lotteries or certain games unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, rbajre reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed by multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbajre platform. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using someone else's identity or personal information.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or manipulating the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Bonus arbitrage or any form of bonus abuse.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
• Using rbajre's brand, logo, or name without prior authorization.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, rbajre reserves the right to close the account without prior notice and take legal action where applicable.

Rbajre may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incorrect registration information.
• Failing or refusing to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

Closed at User's Request:

If you wish to close your account, email support@rbajre.app. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed, provided all conditions are met.

Inactive Account Fee:

Accounts with no transactions for 12 consecutive months will be marked as inactive, and a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50 will apply. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

If you are not satisfied with rbajre's final decision, you may appeal to the relevant legal authorities. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
